Plant Based Goulash

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
3 TBSP Tomato Paste
1/2  Cup Vegetable Broth 
1 Cup Water
2 Cups  Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Diced Mushrooms
1/3 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1 1/2 Cups Riced Cauliflower
2 Cups Diced Tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

2 TSP each:

         Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Savory, Black or Pink Salt,
         Red Pepper Flakes, Smoked Paprika & Ground Black Pepper
2 cups whole wheat macaroni, uncooked
Put all ingredients into an Instantpot. Close sealing valve and cook for 20 minutes on “Soup” setting. Release the pressure. Makes about 4 servings.
