Zucchini Chips



1 TSP each Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Basil, Black Pepper, Dried Parsley, Dried Thyme, Dried Oregano, Mustard Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Rosemary

Microwave Chip Maker



I peel mine but you could leave the skin on. Slice Zucchini as thin as you can. If you have a mandolin slicer that would work great for this, but I did just cut mine by hand. Pat dry with some paper towel.

Sprinkle both sides of the slices with the spice mixture. You can literally used ANY spices you like so feel free to experiment!

Place slices on the chip maker. Microwave for 4-5 minutes. Flip slices over and microwave for another 4 minutes.  Let cool and enjoy! Great with Salsa or Guacamole !

If you don’t have a microwave chip maker, you could also bake these in a 375 oven on parchment or silicon for 8-10 minutes on each side.
