8 Cups Diced Tomatoes (minimal seeds. A few are ok but I try to remove most)
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
2 Medium sweet onions chopped
5 cloves minced garlic
1 Can (156ml) of Tomato Paste
3 TBSP Blackstrap Molasses
20+ fresh basil leaves or 3 TBSP Dried Basil
4 TBSP Oregano
Put all your ingredients into an Instantpot. Set on “Stew” for 22 minutes. Close pressure valve. Once finished quick release the pressure valve. After it cools off blend it. Allow to fully cool and then store in 1 cup sized containers. Makes 5 Cups.
You can also cook in a pot on the stove if you don’t have an Instant Pot. Cook on medium heat covered for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes.
