Baked Tortillas Chips

5 Baked Whole Wheat Tortillas

1/4 Cup Lime Juice

2 TBSP Liquid Smoke

3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast

1 TBSP Bragg Sea Kelp Seasoning or Salt

1 TBSP Onion Powder

1 TSP each- Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika and Cumin

 

Fill wide shallow bowl with Lime Juice and Liquid Smoke. In second bowl mix all spices and nutritional yeast. Cut each Tortillas into 8 triangles. Lightly dip a Triangle into the liquid (one side only) and then dredge through the spices on the same side. Lay on baking sheet dry side down (spices up)

Bake on 400f for 6-7 minutes. Avoid bottom rack of oven. Chips cook more evenly if they are on a silicon baking mat or a breathable pizza pan. Let chip cool completely before storing in air tight containers.
